As Senior Product Designer at Chase Travel, I led the end-to-end design of Advisor Match, a digital travel planning experience helping Sapphire Reserve cardmembers connect with travel advisors.

The service transforms the traditional vacation planning experience by offering customers complimentary access to expert advisors who craft custom itineraries. My role encompassed discovery research, user testing, and design execution for the MVP.

Breaking away from Chase's conventional user flow interfaces, I designed non-linear interaction patterns that mirror natural travel planning. This intuitive approach replaced rigid forms and mandatory phone calls with a flexible, story-driven experience that lets users shape their journey on their terms. The design system has been adopted across multiple Chase teams, setting a new standard.
