Recurring Bills

Recurring Bills is a product within the Chase mobile app empowering customers to track, manage, and cancel recurring payments and subscriptions in one place. As part of the Spend & Save team’s mission to help users achieve their financial goals through smarter spending habits, this zero-to-one product addresses a critical pain point: the stress of monitoring dozens of bills across platforms.

Previously, Chase customers lacked centralized tools to visualize recurring charges or cancel unwanted subscriptions without navigating external services—a friction point that often led to accidental overdrafts and forgotten cancellations.

The core design challenge became: How might we give users control over their recurring bills while surfacing opportunities to optimize spending? As the Senior Product Designer, I spearheaded discovery research, testing, and end-to-end design execution for the MVP.
